Neymar left the Estadio Centenario in crutches last night after sustaining an injury during Brazil's 2-0 defeat at Uruguay in World Cup qualifying.

  Neymar was seen leaving the stadium in crutches and with a huge protective cast covering his leg. Despite his hobbling, the Al-Hilal star stopped to pose for a picture with a young fan.

  The Brazil star was in tears as he had to be stretchered off the field with an apparent knee injury. The 31-year-old went down towards the end of the first half of the match in the latest in a long history of injury troubles for the attacker.
